The Oak Creek Fire Protection District is a Colorado special district and is a member of the Special District Association of Colorado. The Oak Creek Fire Protection District) OCFPD is mainly regulated by Title 32, C.R.S. (“the Special District Act”).

The Board is the general governing body of the OCFPD, which oversees all aspects of the District and carries out the business of the District in public meetings.
